R21922 Temp Senior Manager, Talent Development

Pay: $71.21-$90.18

The Temporary Sr. Manager, Talent Development will design and deliver global talent solutions globally. This role will collaborate with the Senior Director of Talent Development to plan and execute performance management processes and will participate in talent development programs.


Essential Functions:

  • Partner with the Senior Director, Talent Development to communicate and drive Regeneron’s talent and performance management processes, with the focus on developing an engaged and diverse workforce.
  • Plan, design, redesign and manage new and existing development programs, creating talent solutions that focus on the growth and retention of our talent.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on talent management strategies and programs.
  • Use data to evaluate and track the effectiveness of current programs and recommend/implement enhancements and new initiatives as appropriate. Prepare and report on key talent metrics including but not limited to talent review data, succession planning and internal moves and promotions.
  • Collaborate with technical system administrator for performance management processes.
  • Remain current on talent and performance best practices, leveraging external partnerships and networks.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7-10+ years of human resources experience focused on driving talent development, performance management and learning solutions. Additional HR Business Partner experience and working in both corporate and operations environments a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage talent programs effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
  • Experience with critical thinking and using data analytics and internal and external trends to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Experience working with talent and performance systems and tools.
  • This is a contract position at Regeneron with Magnit Global being the Employer.
