We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer (Cloud & DevOps) to join our team in a technical leadership capacity. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert in cloud Infrastructure Support and a team leader, overseeing various aspects of network architecture, information security, IT system Administration and Tools, and DevOps processes. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the technical, peripheral, and management aspects of our Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps team, driving efficiency, security, and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud Infrastructure Support, network architecture, IT system Administration, Patching, Devops Tools with a proven track record of implementing infrastructure best practices and optimizing DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities: - As a Lead Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the technical, peripheral, and management aspects of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps requirements. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, security, and collaboration within the team.
- IaaS, PaaS, IaaC, and cloud native deployments for Operational and performance efficiency
- AWS primary and Azure secondary, Core Network Infrastructure Support: Solid understanding and hands-on experience in designing and managing core network infrastructure on AWS primary and azure secondary.
- General DevOps: Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing DevOps practices to enhance the development and deployment lifecycle.
- SAML/OAuth: Proficient in implementing and managing SAML and OAuth protocols for secure authentication and authorization.
- AWS Cloud IAM and Azure AD: Strong knowledge of respective services and its integration with cloud-based services.
- Security Topology: In-depth understanding of security topologies, including best practices for securing infrastructure and data.
- IT system Administration (Linux and Window) and Patching Tools(BigFix) skills, with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring reliability.
- GKE & AKE: Experience in monitoring and troubleshoot workloads in Kubernetes across AWS & Azure.
- Monitoring: Deploying and providing support to Application Performance Management tools (Dynatrace/Datadog), as well as firefighting production problems that are performance related.
- Peripheral Skills:
- Infosec: Understanding of and hands-on experience with information security principles and practices to enhance overall system security.
- IDP: Solid experience with Identity Provider (IDP) systems and their integration into DevOps workflows.
- Agile: Experience in implementing Agile methodologies to streamline processes, plan and manage work, and continuously improve.
- ITSM tool\ Jira: Familiarity with ITSM tool\Jira for Operations and project management and issue tracking.
- Planning: Proven ability to create and execute effective plans to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Proven experience in a DevOps role with increasing responsibilities.
- Will be an added advantage if experience
Managing People: Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and guide team members.
Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in the field of role required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Certification in relevant technologies is a plus.
- Strong ability to analyse and interpret data as well as provide insights.
- Demonstrated experience in analysis, conclusion, and recommend actions
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and experience presenting formally.
- Proven track record of successfully managing, developing, and implementing Cloud best practices.
- Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with teams across different locations and cultures.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills while working with diverse audiences including highly technical Professionals, Developers, and Architects.
- Ability to navigate and translate complex issues and create collaborative, cross-functional solutions.
- Deep analytical skill and a passion for gathering information from various sources; analysing and presenting recommendations to leadership to drive process improvements.
- Experience in process improvement identification, recommendations, and implementation.
- A good understanding of Change, configuration, and other related processes.
- Experience using ticketing system like service now, Jira etc.
$116,100 - $198,440 a year
The following information is required by pay transparency legislation in the following states: CA, CO, HI, NY and WA. This information applies only to individuals working in these states.
The anticipated starting pay range for Colorado is: $116,100 - $170,280.
The anticipated starting pay range for Hawaii and New York (not including NYC) is: $123,600 - $181,280.
The anticipated starting pay range for California, New York City and Washington is: $135,300 - $198,440.
Based on eligibility, compensation for the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments.
These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance, and may change at any time.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
