Mobile App Developer-Remote

The Mobile Application Developer is responsible for hands on development of mobile applications, primarily Radian's Android development for smartphones and tablets, and also hybrid apps. This position will collaborate with the QA, operational teams, cyber security, and other developers. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in a full-stack development tools and technologies and partner with Product/Business teams. Test, deploy, maintain, and enhance applications. Resolve defects including review, analyze, assess defects found post-deployment. Document design patterns as style guides, pattern libraries, or design systems to ensure developers can quickly, easily, and consistently get to the intended design solutions. Leverage user research and analytics tools to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making. Job Specifications Knowledge:5years of programming experience At least 3 years of hands on experience developing enterprise level mobile applications. Experience building and supporting hybrid (ionic or react native) mobile applications in production. Experience with android code (Java, Kotlin) In depth understanding of relational, transactional, non-relational, and warehousing database technologies and techniques (SQL Server, MySQL, DynamoDB, Redshift, ElasticSearch). Experience with cloud based infrastructures and services (AWS, Azure). Experience releasing apps to Google Play Store. Knowledge with professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management (Git, TFS), build processes, testing and operations. Financial/Mortgage industry experience is a plus.
