See Yourself as a Salesforce DevOps Engineer

A Salesforce DevOps Engineer works with application developers, release management, the infrastructure IT team and business staff to oversee the code release, combining an understanding of both engineering and coding. From creating and implementing software to analyzing data to improve existing applications, a DevOps Engineer increases productivity in the workplace. They understand the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and have a clear understanding of various automation tools for developing build and deploy pipelines (CI/CD Pipelines). A DevOps Engineer will establish and employ CI (Continuous Integration) tools such as Copado to improve delivery speeds and efficiency.

  • Ensure all Salesforce updates move seamlessly through the release pipeline from development to production

  • Responsible for administering DevOps tools chain - Copado, GitLab

  • Level 2 support, managing tickets from various IT and business units

Additional Qualifications:

  • Identify manual processes that can be automated

  • Enhance Radian's IT infrastructure security and audit protocols

  • Flexibility, Collaboration and Scripting Skills

Other Qualifications, including any special skills, capabilities, and competencies:

  • Copado Fundamentals II certification preferred

Your Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience:

  • Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience

  • Work Experience: 2 or more years of prior work-related experience

Your Preferred Education Level:

  • Masters Degree

Your Preferred Years of Prior Work-Related Experience:

  • 3-5 years

  • Competitive Compensation: anticipated base salary from $77,500 to $120,000 based on skills and experience. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program
