The future for Raising Cane’s is growth focused and we’re on the path to being one of the top ten restaurant companies in the United States Responsibilities: Your Role at Raising Cane’s: The Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting on all influencer activities by helping with execution of the brand’s strategies, identifying local and national influencer partnerships, analytics reporting and monitoring trending conversations to achieve annual goals. This role will be tasked with collaborating cross-functionally with the Field Marketing, Creative Services, Customer Relations and the Brand teams. Your Impact and Responsibilities: • Manages daily all NIL, local and national influencer relationships • Evaluates, schedules and manages logistics for branded influencer relationships and promotional events • Works with agency partners on all influencer briefs, partnerships, events and evaluations • Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure the social media and influencer partnerships are aligned with business objectives, including audience and growth goals and overall communications strategy • Collects social metrics and provides strategic analysis reporting weekly and monthly • Identifies and notifies the team of appropriate nationally trending topics and provides best ways to leverage the opportunity through content and influencers, as well as escalate any potential issues • Develops and updates training materials to assist field marketing teams with all local influencer activations • Monitors and reports sentiment from all influencer partnerships and alerts team to any potential issues • Analyzes focus market data to identify opportunities and provides recommendations • Assists with managing influencer social media content calendar development, coordinating localization of posts and with crisis identification Qualifications: Requirements for Success: • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills • Able to think critically and solve problems in context of content, partnerships, brand messaging, goals and voice • Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively, building strong relationships • Clear understanding of brand voice to develop briefs and influencer messaging, and of all NIL and FTC legal regulations related to influencer partnerships and promotions • Fundamental understanding of various social media and influencer tools such as Creator IQ, Khoros, MomentFeed, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, etc. • In-depth knowledge of the various social platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube and Yelp! • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations or related field required • 5+ years of corporate or agency social media experience • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Able to travel to influencer activations and events; estimated 2-4 times per month
