Position Overview

HPD 1st shift IC


This position will work within the different functions of the Distribution Center and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the processes throughout the facility. Efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of processing are a requirement for this position.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processing samples to Digital Operations, completing Contact Center bin checks, process TOP samples, manage product room inventory, inventory ticketing
  • Operate warehouse systems (such as PKMS, WM, etc.) to support work flow
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Attend daily meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Participation in special projects as needed
  • Assist in other departmental responsibilities as needed
  • Participate in cross functional training as needed
  • Maintain understanding of operations and willingness to be cross trained in all areas of the Distribution Center
  • Will be held to departmental standards for accuracy and production
  • Ability to perform and follow all process and safety policies
  • Responsible for general housekeeping of work station and work area
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
  • Must be able to work in an individual and team environment
  • Essential duties are subject to change in order to keep up with new or expanding business models
  • Observe safety and security procedural adherence: report unsafe condition/ acts, also operates power equipment safely
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of associates and management
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate accuracy and an ability to be thorough
  • Follow-up/problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in basic math skills
  • Proficiency in basic personal computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Thorough working knowledge of applicable PKMS and RF functions is necessary
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to all types of processing revisions
  • Previous warehouse operations experience a plus
  • Must pass color blind test
Education and experience preferred:
  • High School Education or equivalent work experience.
Description of Work Conditions:
  • This position largely interacts with all levels of internal personnel, primarily DC Operations
  • personnel.
  • The job encounters recurring work situations of a routine nature where the ability to
  • recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
  • Accuracy is required in performing all functions of the position.
  • This position requires the individual to be ready to start work on-time daily.
  • Inside warehouse environment which may operate under various room temperatures.
  • May on a continuous basis walk, bend, push, pull and lift up to seventy pounds (70Ibs) while
  • practicing proper safety procedures, as well as work in a standing position for extended
  • periods of time.
  • Position may require power equipment certification
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
