Ramp is searching for a People Operations Coordinator to play a key role in cultivating an outstanding employee experience company-wide. With over 700 employees and ongoing rapid expansion, your role will be crucial in sustaining our progress. Working closely alongside Talent, Payroll, Legal, and managers across the organization, you'll ensure that every team member receives the support they need, covering areas such as benefits, immigration, recruiting, and onboarding.
Be the go-to person for employees regarding benefits, perks, employee verifications, and talent programs
Manage HRIS and ATS systems to ensure updates are consistent throughout the organization, including generating reports and conducting audits
Own all the success of all talent systems and regularly explore new tools to uplevel the efficiency of the team
Support in talent analytics projects such as capacity planning and forecasting, hiring progress reports, and overall headcount management
Implement talent programs to improve the candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and pace of hiring
Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires and contractors, managing HRIS profiles, conducting I-9 verifications and background checks
Assist with benefits administration, from managing enrollment to promptly addressing inquiries and escalating issues as needed
Support immigration cases, including eligibility assessment, visa procedures, and work authorizations
Maintain internal documentation for People & Talent team procedures while refining processes to elevate the overall employee experience
At least 1 year of professional experience
Expertise in working with Excel and/or Google Sheets
Confident in independently diving into new areas and conducting research to actively learn and adapt
High level of trustworthiness and discretion in handling sensitive employee data
Thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a customer-focused mindset
Eagerness to rapidly learn and master various aspects of People & Talent Operations while proactively seeking improvement
