About the Role

As the product leader owning Ramp's Integrations function, you will help define and evolve our end-to-end API vision, strategy and execution by leading a core team of engineers and designers to connect our product to other products in the broader product ecosystem, leverage internal teams and the wider development community. We’re looking for someone who can partner and collaborate across various internal teams, has a deep understanding of our customers and technology, and deliver developer-facing products to enable external teams to build exciting new products that connect to the Ramp platform.

*Please note that this Product Management role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days/week*

What You’ll Do

  • Own the integrations roadmap, focusing on enabling external developers to integrate with the Ramp platform to share data, leverage Ramp’s unique capabilities and support new businesses

  • Evangelize an API-first approach within Ramp so that new features are available through our API on launch

  • Help Ramp engage directly with the development community to encourage and incentivize external developers

  • Manage and lead that streamlining of our developer-facing documentation and materials

  • Leverage data and customer feedback to constantly iterate and evolve product offerings

  • Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow Ramp to build an ecosystem of external product partners

What You Need

  • BA/BS in a technical or analytical field

  • Minimum of either:

    • 5 years of product management experience

    • 3 years of product management experience and 1+ year of experience as an engineer or data (applied) scientist

  • Experience building technical products from ideation to launch

  • Deep understanding and passion for systems and APIs

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers towards a common goal

  • Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs, leveraging large datasets to make data-driven product decisions, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience building complex financial products

  • Experience building for a developer audience

Compensation

  • The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $174,250-$205,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
