The Ramp Web Engineering team is 5 people strong and is currently searching for its 6th engineer. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in building and optimizing marketing sites, is a great cross-functional communicator, and possesses a knack for getting the visuals right.
Lead technical decision-making and implementation of multiple complex projects that establish our website, Ramp.com, as the gold standard for lead generation and product marketing
Build design systems and foster a culture of upholding industry-leading UX
Continuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale the code base, productivity, and team
Inspire and mentor less experienced engineers and interns
Minimum of 5 years of frontend engineering experience
Strong proficiency in Next.js and familiarity with Vercel’s server-side rendering capabilities
Professional experience building enterprise-grade marketing sites from the ground up
Strong debugging and performance optimization experience
Strong knowledge of A/B testing concepts
Stellar communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Experience with a content management system (CMS), particularly Sanity studio
Experience with Tailwind CSS
Experience with dynamic web personalization
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $233,750-$275,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
