We are looking for an Associate Producer to join our in-house network Team at Ramsey Solutions. This team produces 7 YouTube shows with over 88 million monthly views, and teaching materials for everyone in every walk of life.

As an Associate Producer for Ramsey Solutions Network, you are the logistics lynchpin with a flair for detail and strong creative instinct.  You are always thinking one step ahead, by keeping prioritization and planning at the forefront of the team's mind.  You will assist the Producer, making sure that the details needed to accomplish the vision for the project are clear and completed with excellence.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Collaborate with the team to continue bringing life changing content to our viewers
• Oversee all aspects of content planning, production, and broadcast/recording scheduling for various Ramsey network shows
• Work with the team to develop show rundown, promotional materials, and new segments
• Speak into the look, tone, and feel of the show to bring real, relevant, and relatable content
• Bring alignment to stakeholders, editors, publicity, marketing, and production team
• Assist in post-production workflow, including managing edits
• Partner with the show producer and creative team members on all deliverables

Skills Needed to Win:

• Over 1 year of experience working directly with a production team
• A consumer of Ramsey Network content (Must be a listener of our shows)
• Foundational knowledge of production for content (YouTube, Podcast, Radio)
• On-set production experience
• Ability to execute a vision and bring ideas to life
• A heart to “make it better” by identifying roadblocks and presenting solutions
• Detail oriented with organized with strong communication and follow-up skills

$42,000 - $63,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
