Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Maintain and organize electronic files and records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentation materials.
- Perform data entry and maintain accuracy in databases and spreadsheets.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or office-related certification are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with online collaboration tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
