Class Action Claims Contract Attorney

**Overview:** A leader in technology-enabled legal services is seeking a licensed attorney to join a project team responsible for assisting with product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters. This is a temporary role with the potential to extend or become permanent. **Responsibilities:**• Analyze claim documents• Prepare detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel• Field sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel• Receive training, direction, and oversight from project directors, project managers, project coordinators, and/or other project team members• Provide "best-in-class" customer service to both internal and external clients, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and high-quality work• *Qualifications:**• Active license to practice law• Postgraduate degree• Litigation experience preferred• Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus• *Benefits:**• Competitive hourly rate of $30-$32• Temporary role with potential for extension or permanence• Flexible remote work arrangement, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM• Optional overtime with pay at 1.5x• Comprehensive benefits package including health, incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (based on eligibility)
