IT Product Manager / IT Business analyst

Key Responsibilities: (IT Product Manager )

    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the solutions.
    • Align product goals with organizational objectives and market trends.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
    • Work closely with internal teams to define product requirements and ensure smooth execution based on Saudi Regulation.
    • Collaborate with external partners, such as payment processors, fintech providers, and banks, to enhance product capabilities.
    • Define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility.
    • Oversee end-to-end product development, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
    • Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback, data analysis, and market changes.
    • Ensure all solutions comply with applicable regulations under SAMA rules.
    • Identify and mitigate risks related to fraud, cybersecurity, and operational reliability.
    • Analyze product performance using KPIs such as transaction success rates, user adoption, and revenue contribution.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Advocate for seamless and secure customer experiences in payment flows.
    • Address pain points and optimize payment processes to enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: (IT Business analyst)

  • Act as the bridge between business and technical teams.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to collect requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements with clarity
  • Translate complex needs into understandable requirements.
  • Prioritize and analyze requirements based on business value and feasibility.
  • Identify areas for improvement and conduct feasibility studies
  • Work with technical teams to ensure alignment with design and architecture.
  • Create and update BRDs, including use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

    • Education:
      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
    • Experience:
      • 5+ years of experience, with a focus on payment solutions, fintech, or related areas.
      • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of payment technologies, APIs, and integrations.
      • 5+ years of experience in Saudi Market.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
      • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
      • Knowledge of payment ecosystems, including Aggregation, PSP, SoftPOS, and PG.
