Skills

Experience in Customer Success journey.
Knowledge of digital marketing and inbound marketing.
Experience with RD Station Marketing or CRM.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct onboarding for new clients and partners.
Empower clients and partners, monitoring their usage of the platform.
Ensure client satisfaction by liaising between product, sales, and support teams.
Support customers in setting up the tool through adaptive meetings.
Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
