The Learning Design and Delivery Lead will be instrumental in designing and deploying impactful blended learning and development programs. 

This is a varied and exciting role with the opportunity to make your mark within the business by designing, developing and deploying blended learning experiences across multiple platforms.

You will be engaging and forward thinking in developing a deep understanding in Reach’s strategic objectives and align learning programs to support these goals. As the learning design subject matter expert you will consult with leaders and business areas to recommend, design and deliver the best fit solutions.

Job Description

  • Create innovative and interactive learning experiences using instructional design principles, catering to various learning styles and preferences.
  • Design, develop and deploy blended learning experiences across multiple platforms including: e-learning modules, videos, simulations, multimedia content, face to face development and community led learning interventions
  • Source, curate and target internal and external learning content, evaluating its quality, relevance, and effectiveness for integration into the organisation's training programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning content
  • Act as the learning design subject matter expert consulting with leaders and business areas to recommend and contribute to ‘best-fit’ solutions
  • Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external subject matter experts, vendors, and partners to expand the scope and quality of learning content.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development, with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
  • Expertise in both digital learning design tools (particularly Articulate Storyline and Rise) and learning management systems. Experience working with Moodle will be particularly beneficial
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset, able to align learning initiatives with organisational goals.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
