UNITED STATES APPLICANTS ONLY - This is not an international brokerage- MUST BE HAVE AVALID REAL ESTATE LICENSE & A VALID DRIVER LICENSE. 1-2 Years Experience preferred.

Qualifications:

A valid Real Estate License is required for this position
(Enrolled in Real Estate Course ok, but can not start until fully licensed and must be willing to train through our mentor program.)
Great communication and social skills
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Show good organizational and time management skills
Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred

Responsibilities:

Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing
