About the Role:

Entera's brokerage operations department is looking for experienced Contract Regional Acquisition Specialists who have an active real estate brokerage license (within our targeted regions of TX, FL, GA or NC) and want to provide negotiation services in exchange for excellent and consistent commissions. If you're a tech-savvy agent who loves to negotiate and win, we want to hear from you.

For this role, we have much of the work handled already. We provide our clients with analysts to make buying recommendations. Our clients have dedicated capital and are currently making offers in your market. We have teams to prepare offers, negotiate due diligence, and handle closings.

There's just one key part missing. Getting to "yes"…that's where you come in.

What You'll Do:

• Provide best-in-class negotiation services to Entera to help our clients buy Single Family Rental homes
• Develop and maintain an expert level of understanding of residential real estate investment in your markets
• Move potential sellers from the "offer" stage through the P&S "signed" stage effectively
• Execute at a fast pace without sacrificing quality, and follow the "Entera Way" processes in terms of negotiating strategy and general professionalism
• Demonstrate great attention to detail throughout the transaction process including high levels of organization and meticulous note taking
• Leverage our technology to provide transparency into your activities & demonstrate impeccable composure and integrity at all times
• Work remotely with occasional opportunities for face-to-face training and/or meet and greets

Who You Are:

• 1+ years experience as a licensed residential real estate broker in Georgia.
• Have had direct involvement in at least 15 transactions of single family homes, with no less than 5 buyer represented closings
• Comprehensive understanding of contract law and common practice in your markets as it pertains to real estate
• You are a curious, data literate, and detail oriented self-starter, who is consistent in execution and outcomes obsessed
• You have the ability to speak conversationally about the local market factors, trends, and players with proven market expertise to drive sales outcomes
• You have a high degree of comfort learning new technologies and processes
• Have experience with MLS, DocuSign, Google Suite, Microsoft Office or similar
• Having some previous experience experience in a high volume sales environment is a plus
