What Will You Do?:
The Role:
Responsible for handling New Leases, lease renewals (amendments), lease closures and early terminations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and administer portfolio of existing retail leases
Negotiate retail location leases, redline and edit lease contracts
Negotiate and contract lease agreements for the renewal, amendment and sub-lease of existing leases
Create LOIs and counter LOIs
Manage, review and approve lease payments through monthly rent roll
Reconcile Common Are Maintenance (CAM), and perform audits, as appropriate
Search for prospective retail locations in line with the overall real estate vision of the company
Perform lease due diligence for real estate mergers and acquisitions; assign leases on acquired retail locations
Create real estate reports such as accounting and financial reports
Interact with landlords, landlord’s attorneys, corporate legal department and auditor with regards to leases
The Perfect Match!:

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance or related fields
5+ years of related experience in lease administration and management of corporate and/or franchise retail real estate.
Extensive experience in managing rent roll payments, negotiating lease contracts, and determining rental rates
Proficient in real estate leases (Gross, Net Gross Modified etc…)
Experience with leasing software/platforms such as Visual Lease
