  • Staff Engineers are seasoned professionals with deep expertise in their domain. They take on complex engineering challenges and are often involved in the planning and execution of medium to large technical projects.
  • Impact: Leads technical initiatives and contributes significantly to project strategy and execution.
  • Direction: Works autonomously, often driving project segments or entire projects.
