What You'll Do
As a clerk, you'll be part of our team located in Fort Mill, SC. You'll get to:

• Prepare and store necessary documentation (security pass) and enter information into database.
• Prepare, upload, and maintain all receiving documents
• Research and respond to questions, requests, or problems regarding deliveries, load discrepancies, and related issues
• Review the information from the customer service department to ensure products are accurate and timely
• Analyze overages and shortages in receiving, research issues with unexpected SKUs, and prepare manual purchases orders when necessary
• Maintain flow of receiving docks
• Other duties as assigned

Who You Are

• 1 year of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Systems and Internet Explorer
• Skills in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and SAP (Systems Application Programming) preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Must possess initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds independently.
