Job Responsibilities:
Perform daily receptionist duties, e.g. handling incoming calls and enquiries, greeting guests, etc.
Administer the reservations of office facilities and conference room
Handle courier services and orders
Maintain staff members’ attendance records
Provide general administrative support for various teams, if necessary
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:
Diploma or above, preferably with relevant working experience;
Pleasant personality, good telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
Working hours are from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Working Location: Cyberport (數碼港), Hong Kong
