Position: Receptionist
Position Summary: Primary responsibilities include answering multi-line telephones, correctly routing calls, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor towards all customers, visitors, applicants, and all guests who call or enter the front lobby. Additional responsibilities include keeping up on inventory of office supplies, ordering supplies, assistance on various special projects that may be done while sitting at the receptionist desk, making coffee for break rooms, and other duties as required.
Location - Henderson, NV (On-site 5 days a week)
Pay is up to $15 hr
Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line telephones in a professional, friendly manner, route and source calls appropriately
Accept, sign for and distribute incoming employee mail as well as packages from messenger/courier services
Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain and restock office supplies
Assist with other projects as needed
Maintain a professional front office appearance at all times
Other duties may be assigned.

Ability to communicate effectively via email, orally and in written form with co-workers, clients, and employees
Multi-line telephone experience
Multi-tasking ability
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
Intermediate computer skills (Mac and/or PC)
Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Experience sorting/distributing, sending, receiving/logging mail and packages, including sensitive and urgent materials
Bilingual is preferred, but not required
Desired Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
1-2 years’ experience working with mortgage loans preferred;
Recent customer service and/or sales experience
