Receives patients & visitors, and performs routine clerical duties. Performs related work as required. Heavy phone contact, good interpersonal communicational skills, and basic knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office). Interaction with patients, visitors, administration and outside vendors.
Determines most appropriate source of information in response to routine inquiries.
Operates personal computer terminal, and telephones.
EPIC System
High School Diploma or GED required. Spanish/English Bilingual is required.
