Senior Data Analyst

Recidiviz is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to work with complex criminal justice data to target the drivers of incarceration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, able to work with complex data, flexible, and collaborative.

Explore datasets to find insights about American criminal justice systems
Communicate key findings to stakeholders

Contribute to product launches by ensuring analytical data is in place
Analyze trends related to the work

5+ years of practical experience exploring, analyzing, and processing complex datasets
