The Consumer Engagement Team’s mission is to deliver marketplace outperformance across our Omni channel strategy, leveraging evidence to win brand missions across integrated marketing practices and with a digital consumer experience at heart. Our vision is centered around a collaborative, agile and analytics informed process. The SEO/SEM Associate Manager will be embedded within a cross functional team of brand and media managers to deliver agility to our digital operations, specifically as it relates to digital performance as an enabler of brand penetration and business outperformance.

The scope will focus on:
  • Planning of Cross Platform Search Budget Allocation: Assess performance and recommend investment shifts between retailer platforms, keyword sets, and product segments on monthly basis
  • Excellence in Execution and Best Practice: Refine campaign structure and parameters to improve upon front end optimization metrics (ROAS, NtB, CVR, QS) and ultimately grow visits and sales
  • Campaign Setup and Optimization: Responsible for in platform campaign setup and modifications to budgets, bidding rules, etc.
  • Keyword Research: Considering business & product insights from brand management and I&A along with search volume trends, refine focus keyword areas
  • Partner across Website Factory and MX SEO to build iterative short/long term website updates into market to improve organic search rank and create SEM efficiencies

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to partner with brand POD to translate performance metrics into actionable optimizations based on rules based principles across traffic & CVR objectives across various retailer platforms
  • Owner of Agency search relationship with high level of engagement and clarity of Google / Bing SEM objectives and rules for optimization
  • Contributor to campaign design in the addressable digital marketplace and hypothesis setting and T&L in the SEM & SEO sectors.
  • Active participant in driving our SEO/SEM productivity levers across offline and retail search platforms with close coordination with MX global team.
  • SEO project management and high level of engagement and communication across stakeholder groups to realize more effective website opportunities based on consumer trends/search volumes.
  • A contributor to US Hygiene measurement strategy, ensuring effective data organization, delivery and analysis in partnership with local/global I&A & external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business. MBA a plus.
  • Highly analytical with ability to define performance across unique media KPIs
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Results oriented with demonstrable track record of success
  • Self-motivated, highly flexible and takes the initiative to do what’s needed
  • A commitment to excellence with a positive and resilient attitude.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity
  • 3-5 years of Professional media experience preferred (media agency or vendor)
