In this role, you'll have primary responsibility for Reward activities for North America Health & Hygiene. You'll be accountable for designing local programs and policies, implementation of global programs and processes & overall Reward governance for the geography. You’ll:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on all matters relating to pay, incentives, share schemes and benefits; providing counsel and guidance to the HRDs, Finance, Payroll teams and Line Managers
  • Work in collaboration with the wider Reward Team to support the design, management and delivery of our global reward programs (Annual Pay Review, Annual Performance Plan programs, GSPP etc.)
  • Ensure compensation is externally competitive through appropriate benchmarking and market data analysis and aligned with Reckitt’s compensation philosophy
  • Review and own the design principles for internal banding
  • Work with the wider reward team on other ad-hoc reward projects, for example gender pay gap, reward communications and others
  • Monitor best practice and identify opportunities for future development and innovation in reward programs

  • Consultative, you listen carefully and build strong relationships
