Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the global channel sales and engineering teams.
• Define and deliver business analytics and metrics packages to stakeholders.
• Conduct operational planning including quota assignment, SFDC maintenance, account assignment, territory creation, and headcount planning.
• Lead business process improvement projects for global channel team.
• Provide oversight of sales compensation items and partner portals.
