As a member of our Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and identifying top talent from around the world for employment on board our beautiful cruise ships and island. Responsibilities:

• Expand the DCL recruitment brand through attendance at job fairs and career fairs
• Occasionally lead & participate in virtual & in-country recruitment trips
• Develop and cultivate relationships with Procurement Allies (hiring agents) from around the world so that DCL is always top of mind when excellent candidates contact their offices.
• Manage day to day recruitment needs based on labor forecasts and diversity strategies
• Source and build relationships with top talent at all levels in order to attract and excite candidates and ensure our ships are staffed with the best crew in the world
• Recruit and interview for Staff Petty Officer and high volume Crew level positions
• Provide resume review support and pre-screen support for Officer and Sr. Officer requisitions
• Manage and conduct daily interviews with a focus on direct sourced candidates including crew referrals and rehires.
• Build relationships with top talent at all levels in order to attract and excite candidates and ensure our ships are staffed with the best crew in the world
• Open to a flexible schedule that accommodates candidates in multiple time zones worldwide.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3 – 5 years of recruitment experience and/or 3 years salaried leadership experience preferably in the hospitality or cruise industry
• Ability to assess experience and qualifications in candidates that will positively impact the guest experience
• Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with leaders and peers within the organization across geographical markets
• Avid social media user with proficiency in using platforms for marketing, engaging, networking and sourcing
• Excellent project management, presentation and influencing skills
• Project manage the day to day recruitment operations through the development and execution of full life cycle recruitment plans; ensuring the candidate, client, team and recruiter experiences are met with exceptional service delivery
• Strong storyteller. Able to translate data, identify trends and relay insights
• Demonstrated strong organizational and problem solving skills
• A spirit of adventure! Willingness to pack your bags as international travel is required

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
