BrightStar Care Delray Beach is looking for a full-time, high-energy, driven and goal oriented individual to join our team as the Recruiter / HR Admin! This position is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout our local Home Care Office. This will be achieved through the development of local recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are attracting and hiring the best possible talent.

Responsibilities will include but would not be limited to the following:
Work with the Franchise Owner and/or Branch Manager on recruiting planning and meetings.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Work and engage with office and sakes team to know what positions are needed.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Conduct regular follow-up with management to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Responsible for posting open positions on job boards, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), with professional organizations, and in other position-appropriate venues.
Utilize the Internet for recruitment. This includes posting positions to appropriate Internet sources; research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment; use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates, and all employees.
Coordinate all recruiting initiatives.
Attend and conduct job and career fairs for recruiting.
Give presentations, attend group meetings, and increase awareness of the company before and after career fairs.
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
Responsible for conducting all prescreening interviews, all onboarding and hiring tasks, and employee orientation.
Responsible for conducting performance evaluations, and all hiring, firing, and disciplining of employees
Responsible to assist clinical team with Annual Competencies
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Will be responsible for effectively communicating with applicants
Requirements
Must have Florida Driver’s License and valid auto insurance
Level 2 Background - Must be eligible for employment on AHCA.
Must be an independent thinker and be able to work independently but be part of a friendly, hardworking office team.
Relevant experience with recruiting, healthcare recruiting is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Skills in database management and record keeping.
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Gather and analyze information skillfully and accurately.
