Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $34.00 p/h

What’s a typical day as a Sr Analyst? You’ll be:

Performing financial analysis to support business planning and decision making processes
Responsible for accounts receivable activities including invoicing and reconciliation
Analyzing and processing tax payments for three legal entities and submitting to external auditors, Government, and Corporate Tax
Preparing submission packages for Government incentive in collaboration with Engineering
Acting as a Treasurer - reviewing and authorizing disbursement of cash to ensure funds are available
Performing analysis and reporting for the budget and forecast process for assigned areas and Export legal entity
Performing intercompany reconciliations and netting process
Analyzing, recording, and reconciling accounts for Export legal entity
Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations for assigned areas and Export legal entity
Analyzing information for more complex areas to create reports and identify solutions and propose recommendations to management

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 4 years of previous experience in Accounting and Tax (preferably in the manufacturing company) or a Master's Degree
Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Have excellent computer skills in MS Office Suite; integrated systems and payroll systems
Have excellent communication, interpersonal relationship, and negotiation skills
Are able to read, write, comprehend, and speak Spanish and English
Have substantial knowledge of Accounting principles and Tax concepts
Have expertise and ability to coach others in one or more functional areas
Have strict attention to detail
Can work in a team environment under general supervision
