Rady Children’s Physician Management Services (RCPMS) offers exciting opportunities for qualified candidates to join our rapidly growing organization. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Rady Children’s Hospital and Health Center with just over 500 employees. RCPMS supports primary care pediatricians with 32 office locations throughout San Diego and Southern Riverside Counties.
RCPMS seeks an experienced, motivated and dependable individual for our Recruiter/Human Resources Representative position at our corporate office in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego, CA.
This is a full-time position. This position is hybrid remote after successfully meeting quality standards at the 6 month review.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility will be full cycle recruitment and onboarding services. This includes anticipating staffing needs and addressing them through strategic sourcing plans, posting jobs, screening and interviewing candidates, presenting top candidates to hiring managers, conducting verifications of employment and reference checks, assisting with new hire orientation, tracking and analyzing trends relative to turnover. Additional areas of support could include electronic and paper records management, HRIS, employee events, employee rewards and recognition programs, worker’s compensation and employee benefits.

The reasonably expected starting hourly wage range for this position is $32.64-$35 depending on qualifications including education and relevant experience
