About The Recruitment Coordinator Role

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing the highest quality candidates to grow our US Team. SDG offers an excellent professional opportunity to join an innovative company that is leading in one of the world’s most dynamic and growing industries - Data Analytics. This position will be hybrid-remote, but will occasionally need to commute to the Bedminster, NJ office.

What You’ll Be Doing

Execution of recruitment efforts, including: talent sourcing, candidate evaluation and

screening

Creation of pipelines of new and diverse talent to support our rapidly growing business
Assist with passive recruitment, including: sourcing, evaluating, and qualifying top talent using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and job fairs
Identify competencies required for each position
Revision of staffing needs in coordination with recruiting and management teams
Posting job descriptions on ATS system and other job boards
Carry out curriculum and telephone screening
Conduct interviews and identify strong candidates
Cross functionally collaborate with other departments
Represent SDG Group USA’s culture and values in the market to increase visibility and

reputation with candidates seeking new opportunities
