Recruiting Coordinator, Investment Services

We are seeking an experienced professional with our Warsaw Management/Recruiting group, focused on building and enhancing the overall awareness of Point72 as an employer of choice in the local and international market and attracting the brightest talent.

What you’ll do

• Liaise with internal/external recruiters, hiring managers, executive assistants, and candidates directly on logistics, including interview scheduling across multiple time zones and locations
• Maintain candidate data in the Firm’s applicant tracking system including resumes, interview notes and candidate status
• Manage clear communications with candidates/recruiting team/hiring team during the process and after to ensure high quality candidate experience
• Execute a flawless onboarding process to ensure an exceptional experience for our new hires upon joining the firm
• Work alongside recruiters to streamline and improve recruiting processes
• Support recruiters and hiring managers by delivering a broad range of administration, organizational, and logistical services

What’s Required

• 2+ years of experience working in a coordination/administration function within a recruiting team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Sound judgment in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls, and issues in a professional manner
• Strong team spirit with a candidate- and client-oriented approach
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different levels of seniority
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) is a plus
• Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
