We are looking for a passionate leader to oversee recruiting efforts across our US offices. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact as we continue to expand through a critical growth phase.
You'll work to build recruiting strategy and processes across all departments while helping maintain Lemonade's unique culture and values. In partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting team leads from around the world, you'll optimize our recruitment process by analyzing and leveraging data. We will look to you to be a focal point for recruiting—a trustworthy partner who can provide expert guidance to hiring managers and department heads.
Our ideal candidate will be able to mentor and direct recruiters and sourcers at all levels as they meet Lemonade's ambitious hiring plans. You will work hands-on with the team as both a player and a coach. You will manage strategy, process, and people, but also own and lead searches as a full-cycle recruiter when needed, acting as a passionate ambassador for the brand.
The starting base range for this position is between $140K and $150K per year. Base pay is one component of Lemonade's total compensation package, which will also include equity in the form of RSUs, access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan with company match, robust PTO, parental leave, and more.
