We are looking for a passionate leader to oversee recruiting efforts across our US offices. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact as we continue to expand through a critical growth phase.

You'll work to build recruiting strategy and processes across all departments while helping maintain Lemonade's unique culture and values. In partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting team leads from around the world, you'll optimize our recruitment process by analyzing and leveraging data. We will look to you to be a focal point for recruiting—a trustworthy partner who can provide expert guidance to hiring managers and department heads.

Our ideal candidate will be able to mentor and direct recruiters and sourcers at all levels as they meet Lemonade's ambitious hiring plans. You will work hands-on with the team as both a player and a coach. You will manage strategy, process, and people, but also own and lead searches as a full-cycle recruiter when needed, acting as a passionate ambassador for the brand.

The starting base range for this position is between $140K and $150K per year. Base pay is one component of Lemonade's total compensation package, which will also include equity in the form of RSUs, access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan with company match, robust PTO, parental leave, and more.

In this role you'll…

  • Serve as a mentor and advocate to a team of US recruiters and sourcers, supporting them in setting and reaching individual goals in addition to team objectives
  • Lead multiple recruiting and talent acquisition projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Help to establish, implement, and maintain recruiting metrics that will drive decision making across the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to place top talent as a full-cycle recruiter, becoming a trusted advisor amongst senior leadership
  • Utilize data to boost recruitment efforts and support decisions pertaining to process and strategy

What you'll need…

  • 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with a global high-tech company
  • 4+ years of experience as a talent acquisition manager, leading teams.
  • Experience implementing structure and process for both high volume and corporate recruiting is an advantage
  • Strong familiarity with US hiring practices, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Background working with a diverse team, striving for hiring fairness at all times
  • Outstanding leadership skills and ability to work as part of a global team (across various time zones)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Familiarity with the ATS Greenhouse is a major advantage
  • Ability to work in an office environment
