Recruitment Coordinator

THE ROLE

Our people are central to what we do and so we’re looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Assistant to provide administrative and recruitment support to our People Team. You’ll have the opportunity to work with our amazing Business and Technology Recruiters in this exciting phase of growth.

Given the dynamic and fast-paced nature of working in a technology consultancy, this role would suit someone with impeccable organisation skills and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing requirements of our projects. This is a great stepping stone to develop your operational skills as you work with senior recruiters and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure that the recruitment needs are met.

We're looking for a proactive people-person who can build relationships and is looking to grow quickly within our company. This role would suit someone with great social skills and a passion for problem-solving. We’re looking for potential as much as we’re looking for enthusiasm, and will provide all the initial training to get you started on your journey with us.

Responsibilities:

The Recruitment Assistant role at Datatonic is a mix of administrative, recruitment and operational responsibilities. You will:

• Help Senior Recruiters with organising interviews (scheduling/rescheduling calls, organising on-site interviews, collecting candidate’s availability, working with many calendars)
• Support in providing a stellar candidate experience from first contact
• Provide administrative support (update recruitment systems)
• Conduct screening calls with candidates (assess their fit to the role and company)
• Attend and represent the company at the recruitment/special events
• Take part in employer branding activities

Requirements

• Ability to independently prioritise your workload, covering several tasks/projects simultaneously, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A natural in creating a positive working environment and a strong indication to support the team, pro-actively finding productive solutions to day-to-day needs
• Individually you are sure-footed and enjoy professional interaction with all types of roles/seniorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with very strong written and oral proficiency in English.
• You are a fast learner with a demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
• You enjoy a high-energy, fast-paced environment and have a desire to join a diverse, multinational team of AI & Cloud Engineering enthusiasts.
