Trade Analyst

As the Trade Analyst, you will expected to bring high quality in-store execution to make Red Bull Look Like #1 in store. You will lead POS management and supports Trade Marketing Manager and the team for local sourcing development.  

POS MANAGEMENT

You will work closely with Off Premise members managing international POS material. You will create an efficient POS placement strategy for Off Premise members and coordinate timely delivery with the Operations team. You will also need to monitor POS usage and budget through a tracking app and analyze placement results for improvement recommendations. Moreover, you will adapt global strategies to fit local markets in collaboration with headquarters and provide updated guidelines and sell-in sheets for optimal use of POS materials by Off Premise members. You are responsible for keeping the internal collaboration space current with the latest information.

POS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT

You will support Trade Marketing Manager and the team in local sourcing and new tool development by managing local sourcing process such as scheduling, collecting orders within Off Premise, and liaising with the agencies.

• Must have at least 3+ year experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or POS material management area. Experience in FMCG sector is plus.
• Strong analytical ability to understand business performance and market trends
• Very strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Highly motivated team worker with excellent communication skills and growth mind set.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining acute attention to detail and get things done at high quality
• Basic business level in English and native level in Japanese is required.
