About the role:

As the Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic agenda and ensuring seamless execution across the organization. You will work closely with our executive leadership, taking ownership of key initiatives and ensuring alignment across teams. This dynamic role demands a blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and leadership acumen.

About your tasks:

• Strategic Meeting Facilitation & Execution: Lead the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of high-level meetings, ensuring that priorities are clearly defined and actions are executed efficiently.
• Project & Initiative Management: Oversee the progress of critical initiatives, monitoring milestones, and ensuring projects stay on track to meet strategic objectives.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Foster strong cross-functional collaboration by aligning diverse stakeholders, facilitating communication, and driving a culture of executional excellence across the organization.
• Research & Analysis for Decision-Making: Conduct in-depth research, market analysis, and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance business planning.
• Business Development & Growth Opportunities: Explore and evaluate new business opportunities, actively contributing to the company's growth strategies and supporting business development efforts.
• Executive Collaboration: Partner directly with the C-suite and senior leadership on high-impact projects, offering strategic support and ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives.

About you:

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, providing a strong foundation for strategic and operational excellence.
• You are driven by ambition, with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit that enables you to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and innovation.
• You excel in stakeholder engagement, effectively navigating interactions across all levels of the organization and fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure settings, adept at managing multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and approaching challenges with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
• You have outstanding analytical skills, capable of transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.
• You are business fluent in English and ideally also German
