Über die Rolle
Wir suchen einen Senior Commercial Business Controller, der unser Controlling-Team verstärkt. Diese Position bietet eine einmalige Chance, in einem dynamischen und schnell wachsenden Unternehmen eine zentrale Rolle einzunehmen. In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die finanzielle Steuerung unseres deutschen Geschäfts (shop-apotheke.com) und bist für die P&L sowie strategische Finanzentscheidungen in Deutschland zuständig. Zusätzlich leitest du das kommerzielle Finanzplanungs- und Berichtswesen über alle Länder hinweg.
Stellenbeschreibung
Über deine Aufgaben
- Business Controlling: Übernehme als Hauptcontroller die finanzielle Steuerung für den deutschen Markt, optimiere die P&L-Performance und leite Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Profitabilität.
- Finance Business Partnering: Sei Teil des deutschen Marktteams und liefere wertvolle finanzielle Insights für strategische und operative Entscheidungen.
- Profitabilitätsoptimierung: Analysiere und überwachst KPI's und entwickle proaktiv Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Profitabilität und Unit Economics.
- Datenbasierte Planung & Reporting: Optimiere unsere Controlling-Prozesse für monatliche Reports, Forecasts und Finanzplanungen, inklusive PowerPivot und PowerQuery in Excel.
- Führung: Übernimm Verantwortung für einen Junior Controller und fördere eine kollaborative, leistungsorientierte Teamkultur.
- Du berichtest direkt an den Executive Director Controlling.
Qualifikationen
Über dich
- Abschluss: Master in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Business Controlling, P&L-Management und finanzieller Optimierung.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten: Starke Daten- und Analysekompetenzen, insbesondere in Excel (PowerPivot, PowerQuery).
- Kommunikation: Fähigkeit, finanzielle Insights verständlich zu präsentieren und strategische Entscheidungen zu beeinflussen.
- Erfahrung in E-Commerce: Wünschenswert ist Erfahrung in der E-Commerce- oder Online-Handelsbranche.
- Sprachen: Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.
