Redesign Health is seeking a Contract CEO Talent Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis for three months.

Executive recruiting experience, specific to C-Suite positions
Excellent time management, pattern recognition, prioritization, and judgment skills
Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter effectively
Experience with ATS systems like Greenhouse

Conduct phone screens to identify high-quality CEO candidates and founding leadership team members for operating companies.
Identify healthcare executives who have played a critical role in the success of top companies within the ecosystem.
Identify gaps in existing pipelines and ensure a steady flow of candidates.
Guarantee the accuracy and integrity of candidate quality across multiple searches.
Be a trusted resource for Redesign Health’s Directors of CEO Talent and provide feedback when needed.
