Refinery Planner

Job Description:

· Monitoring production, adherence to quality and deadline specifications

· Creation and updating of Signavio flowcharts

· Processing of relevant Quality Management topics

· Monitoring and compliance with official, licensing and internal requirements

· Implementation of and compliance with EHS (Environmental Health and Safety), HPS (Heraeus Production System) and precious metal safety requirements

· Regular training of employees

· Monitoring the capacity control of the cost center

· Production planning and schedule management of production orders within the cost center

· Participation in projects within production

· Assigned tasks according to delegation of duties

· Maintenance of master data/X-Steps

· Track of consumables / SAP

· Issuing the work release

Requirements:

· Chemical-technical training

· Leadership skills according to the leadership model

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production procedures

· Knowledge in the field of quality and lean management

· Knowledge of business management contexts

· Knowledge in the field of occupational safety and health protection

· Knowledge in the field of environmental protection

· Computer skills (SAP preferred)

· Knowledge of English

· Strong communication skills

· Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Finance, Mathematics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
