Manufacturing Engineer (Electrical Engineering) - ONSITE

RefleXion is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to improve and implement best practices for a revolutionary radiation therapy medical device in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure manufacturing compliance with all Safety and Quality regulations
  • Generate and maintain System calibration and test manufacturing documentation
  • Conduct training for assembly technicians
  • Support Production Activities by resolving product/process nonconformance
  • Continuously improve the product and process
  • Design/qualify/maintain equipment, fixtures, and tools
  • Draft/execute process validation and generate engineering reports

Education

  • Bachelor's of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering
