Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging and Workplace Experience

Reformation, a revolutionary lifestyle brand, is seeking a Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging and Workplace Experience to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace culture. The ideal candidate will lead DEIB initiatives, workplace experience strategies, and learning & development.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
8-10 years of proven experience in Human Resources
Relevant experience in DEIB or Employment Law
Strong understanding of DEIB best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels

Responsibilities

Lead efforts to create a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion
Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and advance a diverse workforce
Provide guidance and support on DEIB matters
Partner with departments to integrate DEIB principles
Facilitate the development of a Center of Excellence for Employee Relations
Collaborate on L&D initiatives focused on DEIB
Integrate DEIB priorities into the overall strategic vision

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Degree, relevant experience, or certification in DEIB or Employment Law
