The Opportunity
The Materials Management Contractor will perform warehouse and logistics operations to support clinical and commercial production of gene therapy products including shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies within a cGMP warehouse. This role operates under direct supervision and receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new assignments.

We are currently looking for a motivated Materials Management Contractor to join our team in Rockville, Maryland. In this vital role, you will be integral to our mission of producing cutting-edge gene therapy products. Your responsibilities will include conducting essential warehouse and logistics operations—everything from shipping and receiving, to inspecting, storing, and delivering materials and equipment. You’ll perform daily tasks such as raw material sampling, material weighing, and inventory management in a current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) environment. We aim to exceed industry standards, and your attention to detail is key to maintaining compliance with the necessary GMP/GDP procedures. Working under supervision, you’ll receive guidance on routine tasks while also following detailed instructions for new assignments. You'll be expected to engage with the supply chain by facilitating internal logistics and executing external shipping to support our expanding network.
