Regional Contract Logistics (Fbm) Procurement Head

Purpose of the role: To enable the LAM Logistics and Services (LnS) Procurement Regional organization with the necessary information and resources to grow the Category Management in LnS. Ensure that every dollar spent is spent professionally. This is achieved by reducing operating expenses and driving a total value and customer focused mindset by applying procurement capabilities and tools. The function aims to attain a competitive asset base for the future that is fully operational at cost, on time and be a strong partner to de the business in driving profitable growth.Key responsibilities: Category ManagementAnalyze Fullfilled by Maersk business and provide strategy guidelines related to the company strategy together with Product team on Warehouses, Depots, CCL products.Support Regional Product team on follow up of Contract Logistics projects.Coordinate and Collaborate with areas procurement teams to provide correct value proposition from an asset strategy perspective.Supporting contract renewal with management information and business intelligence contract negotiation decisions at a regional.Actively lead the important RFQs for Asset Regional negotiations for the FBM products, competitive, and within the parameters set by Global/Regional product;Develop and oversee the realization of the procurement plan PipelineProviding input to regional product investment team, on the development of the IP in relationship with the Categories for the region.Accountable for: Manage the performance and build capabilities of the Category Manager team.Facilitate the personal and functional development of the regional procurement team.Developing a strategy for regional category management.What we are looking for: A Strong Knowledge and experience in Contract Logistics.
