In Business Resilience we ensure exposed business elements are uncovered and fit-for-purpose capability is put in place to mitigate impacts of disruptions. For us Business Resilience is integrating Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management into an effective response platform, with close alignment to Disaster Recovery and Supply Chain Security. This ensures a resilient business to the benefit of our employees, customers and shareholders and serve as the foundation for Business Resilience in APMM.We offer: We are now looking for a Regional Business Resilience Manager Logistics to bridge customer, supply chain and logistics with the traits of Business Resilience to ensure a true inherent resilient global operation to the benefit for the customer, company and shareholder.

You willReporting to the Global Head of Business Resilience Implementation you will be part of the Business Resilience Implementation team that works in close cooperation with the Center COE Business Resilience functions. You will be expected to work closely with the Regional CX & Outcomes Manager (dotted line), other Regional Product leads and the wider S&R COE teams at HQ and of course participate in knowledge sharing between your peers in the similar roles. You will have three primary focus areas1) Customers; making BR solutions with our customers in mind, support on customer inquiries related to resilience and audits of same while always working to strengthen the value proposition towards our customers by continuously developing and expanding our supply chain resilience framework. 2) Leadership: You will engage with local leadership, products and CX ensuring a good cooperation and link between Business Resilience and business objectives thereby having an effective level of preparedness and you will be the natural sparring partner when the region is faced with business disruption or crisis situations.

3) Business/Frontline Your role drive the coordination and implementation of Business Resilience activities across the region and set the standard for Business Resilience through the BR framework, tools & templates and Commit Rule RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the BR Framework in the Region - Regionally responsible for ensuring implementation of the Commit Rules, processes, tools and templates within Business Resilience and to ensure cooperation with BR CEN, Regional Customer Managers and the GSC in development and updates.Actively engage in developments and/or review of Business Resilience related standards, processes or metrics and support Global activities etc. supporting colleagues working in the BR CEN functionOwn and coordinate regional knowledge sharing communities within Business ResilienceLiaise closely with all BR owners/focal points in the business on Commit Rule requirements and related templates in close coordination with colleagues workingSupport Regional Leadership Teams with metrics on Business Resilience and provide guidance for setting up best practice and fit-for-purpose Business Resilience to the benefit of the business and customersClosely liaise with BR colleagues ensuring there is uniformity across metrics, plans and mitigating strategies appliedEnsure Regional leadership participation in the Business Resilience Annual Wheel activities including update of Business Resilience documentation, leadership participation in trainings, exercising and testOversee and support Areas in the Business Resilience Annual Wheel activities through providing support to the BR focals in their efforts working with BR business owners in Areas conducting actual implementation of Business Resilience documentation and processes within Business Continuity and Crisis ManagementWe're looking for: Your people skills and having our customers in mind in all we do are most important to us as we believe that almost anything else can be taught. We expect from you that you are willing to learn and listen. We don´t need you to be a superior expert in this field of work but we do need you to have previous management experience, the ability to take in new information, plan for execution and then deliver.Qualifications: You might have completed a bachelor's or master's degree education in international studies, business continuity/crisis/risk management, business administration or similar from a well-established educational faculty (desirable)Prior Leadership/management experience also come in handy as you will lead and guide Business Resilience/Security/HSSE managers without them directly reporting to youBusiness Continuity Management certification from acknowledge learning institute (desirable)As we are a people driven, you must be able to establish working relationships with key stakeholder and gatekeepers in your region by having them trust in your ability to deliver relevant business resilience.

This requires that you can communicate in English at all levels, both verbally and in writing. Previous experience from within supply chain and logistics will help you understand what we do and how you can best support frontline staff and our customers. EXPERIENCECustomer centric experience desired and ability to articulate the value of Business Resilience towards the customers, business and regional leadershipSupply chain and logistics industry experience desiredYou have experience and enjoy working with business continuity, crisis management, and/or disaster recovery programs, methodologies, and applicable principles as well as their methods of implementation and maintenanceYou have effectively implemented frameworks in global multicultural companies or organizationsYou have experience from transport or logistic business processes and/or industrySKILLSGood stakeholder management and must be able to influence without authorityAbility to work hands-on and support the solutions as and when neededWell-articulated and used to present or pitch towards senior management requiredCustomer centric experience required where the customer ….
