Job Description

• Regional Technical Account Manager is primarily engaged in a presales technical consultancy role, member must provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre sales process. As a member he/she need to provide transfer of knowledge in industry, technical and product knowledge to Samsung subsidiaries, customers, and partners through good written, verbal and presentation skills. Assists in technical activities and provides level 2 technical presales support for local presales team and sales account managers. Supports the successful achievement of Samsung Mobile B2B and Knox targets by analyzing the technical needs and proving Samsung solution ability to deliver the solutions proposed to prospects or existing customers.

Responsibilities:

• Translate customer requirements into deliverable solutions
• Provide product and solution expertise for solution development and coordination with Samsung Sales team, SMEs and stakeholders to put together a viable solution based on customer challenges and requirements
• Design and participate in pilot projects or proof-of-concept (PoC) activities
• Effectively articulate the value of the Samsung solution by conducting technical solution presentations to Samsung sales team, customer, partners
• Work with Samsung subsidiaries presales and account managers in developing roadmaps and sales strategies
• Provide level 2 technical support in presales activities
• Prepare configurations of Samsung B2B and Mobile products to respond to customer requirements
• Provide answers to technical questions in a Request for Information or a Request for Proposal
• Help drive sales opportunities to successful completion
• Enable and educate customers, partners, system integrators and independent solution vendors on various Samsung B2B offerings
• Build technical relationship with prospects or existing customers, partners, system integrators and independent solution vendors
• Manage solution best practices and help create sales/marketing offerings
• Provide on-site and remote support for Samsung subsidiaries in South East Asia and Oceania

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Inclined to teach and train groups and individuals
• Strong background in in Mobile / Android Development
• Strong background in Enterprise Mobility Management/Mobile Device Management
• Must be able to create custom demo through Mobile Development
• Must be a team player, proactive and creative
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal or without supervision
• Willingness to travel

Educational Attainment:

Bachelor's degree preferably in an IT-related course

• Work Location: Science Hub, Mckinley Taguig
• Work Set-up: Hybrid; 2 days wfh & 3 days on site
• Work Schedule: Day shift / Mid Shift
