Overview:
The Regional Vice President of Operations will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee daily operations activities in the assigned designated region, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization. This role is a key member of the executive leadership team and is expected to be an experienced and efficient leader with excellent people skills, business acumen, and exemplary work ethic, while upholding the company’s organizational standard of always doing the right thing for our clients and their families.

Works with other members of the senior and regional management teams to execute the vision and strategic direction of the organization.-
Closely collaborates with VP of Clinical Operations to create an environment to maximize clinical outcomes for the kiddos we serve.

Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization’s operations division based on company culture and vision.

Develops and implements regional and organizational strategies, procedures, and business plans to enhance organizational growth.

Collaborates with executive and regional leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.

Collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization’s goals and objectives.

Works with senior and regional leadership teams to monitor key performance indicators to help drive the regional leadership teams to maximum performance.

Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.

Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities are in line with the organizations business plan and vision.

Establishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.

Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.

Works with senior and regional management teams to develop the regional department’s budget.

Presents periodic performance reports, metrics and works with the regional management team to develop and execute action plans to achieve the goals of the respective regions/territory.
Responsible for working with CEO/COO to ensure the timing of new center openings is within plan and appropriate levels of staffing are in place.-
Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management.

Identifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory responsibilities

Recruits, interviews, hires, trains Center Directors for assigned region.

Manages Center Directors and oversees their performance and development aligned to organizational objectives and key performance indicators.

Oversees the daily workflow and operations of the regional teams and the organization.

Acts as the de-escalation department and problem-solves with other operators.

Serves as lead subject matter expert and escalation point for complex non-clinical situations that surface within assigned Centers.

Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy; creates corrective action plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field required; MBA preferred.

At least 10 years of industry-related experience including three years in executive-level management required.

Understanding of business functions related to HR, Finance, Recruiting, Marketing, etc.

Strong ability to operate independently with an inherent understanding of the drivers of the business.

Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.

Pay Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
