Job Summary/Description

This position prepares responses to the PUC informal complaints, develops effective working relationships with PUC investigators, and identifies opportunities to improve compliance results.

Job Duties

• Analyze PUC informal complaints and prepare responses
• Serve as the PUC liaison and ensure systemwide consistency in the application of Chapter 56 regulations and other PUC guidelines
• Build effective working relationships and credibility with PUC investigators who process informal complaints

Position Requirements (Required Skills)

• Customer services’ experience -Critical thinking skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in computer experience including Microsoft word and excel
• Effective working relationships with internal and external clients

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour
