Support therapists and therapist assistants in the treatment of inpatients and outpatients. Assists secretaries and the department staff in performing administrative support and general office duties. Possess appropriate education, experience, and training to assure competency as delineated in the “Age Specific Competence Assessment”.
Responsible for the safe transport of patients via wheelchair or stretcher, dispatch services and appropriate documentation of services. Provides material supply services for a variety of departments as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Education
X High school diploma or equivalent X Preferred

Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred

Minimum Work Experience
Previous experience in patient care preferred.
