As a Customer Growth Relationship Manager, your role will be focused on supporting our existing month to month clients as well as self-serve annual customers who are interested in growing or converting to an annual business contract. Your job will be to identify growth opportunities and negotiate annual contracts, increasing account value & stability while mitigating the churn and contracts of month-to-month accounts. You will work with our relationship management team to smoothly transition the annual contracts you've closed. You will also have the opportunity to partner with the Intercom Product team to help define new support features for our customers.
